Looking for a delicious and healthy breakfast? Start your day with something quick and easy to prepare. Made with just a few simple ingredients. This is now become my favorite breakfast.


2 slices of bread

Butter ( salted or unsalted)

1 large egg

½ tsp of cinnamon (optional)

⅛ cup or 30 ml of fresh milk or non dairy milk

Yogurt, confectioner sugar, honey, for toppings



  1. In a medium bowl, combine egg, milk and cinnamon, whisk or beat together and set aside. 
  2. Melt the butter over a medium heat pan/ skillet. Dip bread into egg mixture, coating thoroughly. Cook until well browned on both sides. 
  3. Serve it with mixed fruits, yoghurt on top, and sprinkle some chia seeds.

Dont forget a good cup of Joe on the side!
